SkyBound is the musical partnership of Charlotte and Dan - two experienced performers who share a love of great songs and the magic of live music.
The pair first met while playing together in another Sydney-based band and quickly discovered a strong musical connection and a shared passion for performing. That chemistry naturally grew into SkyBound: a collaboration built around rich harmonies, thoughtful arrangements and a genuine love of connecting with audiences.
Both musicians bring decades of experience to the stage. Charlotte and Dan’s performances blend acoustic guitar, piano, vocals and subtle percussion to create a versatile sound that can move effortlessly from relaxed background music to lively celebrations.

Meet Dan
Originally from the UK, Dan is a multi-instrumentalist with over 30 years of musical experience and a strong background in piano, vocal harmony and musical arrangement.
His experience leading choirs, orchestras and bands shapes the rich musical textures that define the SkyBound sound. Whether performing on the piano or supplementing Charlotte with guitar, bass or percussion, Dan brings musical versatility and thoughtful arrangements that help every performance feel polished and dynamic.
His passion for collaboration and live performance makes him equally at home accompanying Charlotte’s vocals, building harmonies, or helping create the groove that gets audiences moving.

A Sydney local, Charlotte has spent the past decade performing and developing her craft as a vocalist and guitarist across New South Wales and Queensland.
Her warm voice, engaging stage presence and natural musicality bring a special energy to SkyBound’s performances. Charlotte is also a songwriter and actor, and her background in storytelling adds depth and emotion to every song she performs.
With a love for music across genres — from classic pop and rock to the occasional punk favourite — Charlotte enjoys exploring songs that audiences connect with and making each performance feel genuine and alive.
